007 First Light is one of the best James Bond adaptations since GoldenEye 007 on the N64, and it runs wonderfully on the Steam Machine with the right settings. Valve’s little black box can run the game on a mix of high and medium settings, while maintaining a 60fps frame rate.
At 1080p, the game still looks super sharp and clear using FSR Quality. 1440p isn’t out of reach, but running at a lower resolution means we can keep some graphical settings on high. If things look a little soft, use SteamOS’s image sharpening by opening the Quick Menu and setting the scaling to ‘Sharp’ and choosing the level that you like.
