Walmart early access sale: TVs, Apple tech, action cameras and more on sale ahead of Black Friday

‘Tis the season for great deals, and the Beast from Bentonville is no different. Walmart is kicking off Black Friday deals this week, with Walmart Plus members getting priority access at 12PM EST, followed by everyone else at 7PM EST. This sale includes everything from apparel to movies to tech gear, toys, and car tires! While non-members will be able to get these deals later today, some of the best deals will move very quickly – it might be worth jumping on a membership today. They’re available yearly at $98, or for a monthly fee of $12.95. In other words, it’s cheaper than Amazon Prime for many of the same great discounts, free shipping with no minimums on products and groceries, a complementary Paramount+ subscription, and fuel savings.

A 40-inch Roku TV for less than $100 is all you really need to know about this deal. Is it an amazing TV? Almost certainly not! Will it do whatever you need it to for the cost of a used TV on Craigslist? Yes. And it won’t last long at this price, so get it while the gettin’ is good.

Walmart didn’t publish the normal price for this RCA 480p projector and 100-inch screen combo, so we don’t know what the discount is – other examples around the internet appear to be roughly at this price, however. So this one may not be a deal so much as a (very) cheap way to get a great big screen for movies at home.
LG 55-inch 4K TV

Like the other home theater products in this sale, Walmart has chosen not to list the original price, which may indicate this isn’t necessarily a discount, just a good deal on a TV. This 55-inch LG 4K smart TV for under $300 won’t last long, so if you’re looking for something cheap and big, this is it.

The Apple Watch Series 8 is seeing its first real discounts, and starting at 12PM EST today, Walmart Plus members will get early access to this $50 discount. Mostly an incremental update over the Series 7, this watch does bring a couple of big updates to the Watch lineup, most notably a built-in temperature sensor and car crash detection. We would expect this deal to sell out quickly. Jump on this one before it’s gone.
