Finally, I've been using my Playstation Portal as a paperweight for the last year. Is the input lag fixed or is it still bad?
From most reports it seems like it's pretty decent. I've tested cloud streaming in the past on PS5 and it was far better than Xbox Cloud Gaming, at least on my connection. Worth a try!
