In a surprise announcement that many may have missed, Best Buy has announced a Xbox Series X25 limited edition restock, giving everyone perhaps one last chance to secure Microsoft’s anniversary edition console and controller.
The $899 Xbox Series X25 limited edition has been sold out for months ahead of its release on November 13, but Best Buy will hold a restock on November 25 through the Best Buy Drops/mobile app.
The Best Buy Drops app is designed for products that sell quickly, and you’ll need to have it installed and ready to use ahead of November 25 if you want to get the custom Xbox.

How to access our restock tracker dashboard
Exclusive to paid subscribers of The Shortcut, we’re giving users the option to access our restock tracker dashboard and receive the same notifications we do, without having to wait for alerts. Of course, restock and discount alerts will always remain free on The Shortcut and X/Twitter, and if you have notifications turned on, X remains one of the best platforms for getting restock alerts on your lock screen.
