You can pre-order the Wolverine PS5 controller and console covers on August 19 at 10am local time from select retailers and PlayStation Direct.
As weâve seen with countless limited editions in the past, expect demand to be high and supply to be low, which means the Wolverine-themed accessories could sell out fast.
Thankfully, there are two designs to choose from. Itâs likely that the signature Battle Yellow color will be the most popular, as it most closely resembles Wolverineâs iconic look. However, the Adamantium design will appeal to those who want a more understated tribute to the X-Men hero.

The Wolverine PS5 controller and console covers are available for pre-order from tomorrow, August 19. Youâll want to snap one up quickly, as limited editions are exactly that: limited.
Itâs an unusually quick turnaround between announcement and pre-order, as Sony usually gives players a little longer to prepare. That could catch some people off guard.

To make things easier, the Wolverine Limited Edition accessories are available for pre-order at 10am local time. It means we donât have to jump through any hoops figuring out time zones.
Again, you can choose between two controllers, PS5 and PS5 Pro console covers, and even a PS5 Digital Edition bundle that includes a controller and the covers.

Like previous limited edition designs, Sony is charging $84.99 for the Battle Yellow and Adamantium Wolverine controllers.
If youâre interested in the PS5 Digital Edition console bundle, it costs $649.99, a $50 increase over the standard model, though you are getting the controller and covers as part of the deal. If you just want the covers for the PS5 or PS5 Pro, they cost $74.99. Both colors are the same price.
Youâll be able to get your hands on the Wolverine limited edition controller and accessories the same day the game launches, September 15, 2026.
