💰 Rockstar Games announced the GTA 6 Collector’s Edition for $400

Rockstar Games finally revealed the GTA 6 Collector’s Edition, but you’d be forgiven for thinking we’ve seen it all before.
The box of physical goodies costs $400 and is available for pre-order now. However, fans of previous GTA special editions noticed that many of the items included in the Grand Theft Auto 6 ‘Goodtime State – Vice City Collection’ look awfully familiar.
The razor-blade keychain and mirror were previously included in the GTA Vice City Collector’s Edition, and the silver swizzle spoon was included with the GTA 5: Ballad of Gay Tony special edition, albeit in gold.
Some may see it as a respectful nod to the previous games, but as part of a $400 package, it seems a little lazy that Rockstar Games has repurposed items we’ve already seen before. As a reminder, here’s what’s included:

Matte black GTAVI Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses
New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback hat with Vice City Leonida embellishments
Macca the Gator magnetic mirror

Premium stickers in a stash bag
Double-sided souvenir poster showcasing the full Leonida landscape
It’s worth repeating that the GTA 6 Collector’s Edition does not include a copy of the game. There’s no digital code, which means you’ll need to spend an extra $79.99 to $100 on the standard or Ultimate Edition of the game.
That hasn’t stopped the insanely expensive GTA 6 Collector’s Edition from selling out, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many of these items cost hundreds of dollars in a few years’ time.
