The AirPods Pro 3 feel more secure in my ears, sound better and last longer than the three-year-old AirPods Pro 2. This is going to be the easy recommendation in a while.
Does live translation work by itself without iOS 26? I’m on iOS 18 I don’t want to upgrade just yet. iOS 26 looks hideous and there’s plenty of bugs I’m sure.
Hi Nick. Yes, Live Translate does require iOS 26, but I have some good news: you can turn off things like Liquid Glass (or tone it down) if you don't like it. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size to make adjustments.
I think that's the best bet. So far, I haven't found too many bugs in the latest version.
